Thank you for shopping at Martethg! We ship electronics and variety products to the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU).

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days.

  • European Union: 6 to 12 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Customs and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will pay for re-shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Martethg! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of electronics and variety products. If you need to return an item, here is how it works.

1. Return Window and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order (following online sales guidelines for the UK and European Union).

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the issue.

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a change of mind (within the 14-day period), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

  • The item must be shipped back to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
